LinkedInRob is a Managing Partner at Hanover where he is responsible for senior search projects across Financial Services with a particular specialism around Insurance, Pensions, Private Equity, Wealth Management, and Investment markets. His focus has been from Board and C-suite to “heads of” and director level appointments. Rob’s experience has been extensive and during his career he has built a successful network of contacts and completed assignments in the UK, Europe, Bermuda, US and APAC region. Rob also co-leads our Corporate Solutions business, and he has worked very closely with organisations to assist on projects surrounding M&A, capital raising, new market strategies, and advising on growth solutions. Prior to joining Hanover, he has established and managed two other leading actuarial and insurance practices.
