James Ridd

As the Americas CEO for Hanover, James is a member of the Hanover Board and driving our international expansion. Having taken a lead in Hanover’s growth into new markets across Europe, Asia, Africa and the US for the past decade, James is responsible for US based operations and growth strategy. James also works directly with Hanover’s major clients running C-Suite executive search assignments within Financial Services.

The people that I am fortunate to work with internally at Hanover and externally with our clients across the globe.

Describe your experience of building a company.
Taking Hanover to new places has always been my mission. Expanding our business across the globe and for the past decade growing our US operations has been exciting as we collectively strive to provide our clients with the highest service proposition in the market. A company is nothing without the people and enjoying working together makes building all the more fun!
