A Director within Talent Solutions, Eleanor advises on our tailored solutions and programmes, and has worked with hundreds of firms to deliver bespoke outplacement, branding, employability and recruitment services. Through the development of robust corporate and HR relationships, she ensures that we build long-term connections, and deliver the highest quality of client service.
Eleanor first joined Hanover in 1998 and brings more than two decades of recruitment, DEI, branding and HR expertise. She knows how best to strengthen and effectively resource these critical alliances, with an in-depth understanding of cross-sector hiring and people development practices, right up to executive, C-suite and Board level.
Also as a Director of Hanover Candidate Solutions, Eleanor advises professionals, Executives and Non-Executives on their career search and personal branding; and over the past decade has helped hundreds of business leaders achieve career success.

The people I meet every day who share their career stories with me and the fact that no two days are the same. I am passionate about supporting our clients and helping them grow and achieve their goals.
How do you build great relationships with your clients and candidates?
Trust, respect and integrity are critical. I am always open and honest and love the fact that I have clients who come back to us time and time again for ongoing support – I feel very lucky to have these deep seated and long lasting relationships.
