Deepan Sakthithasan

Deepan is a highly experienced executive search professional who joined Hanover in 2023, bringing over 15 years of expertise in the industry. He specializes in conducting searches for Hedge Funds, particularly for Analyst and Portfolio Manager positions, as well as in Private Equity, with a focus on C-suite and Board-level roles related to global technology strategies. Having spent more than a decade in London, Deepan began his recruitment career at a NASDAQ-listed firm. He partners with clients across the EU, UK, and US to help them build high-performing teams. What did you want to be when you were younger?
Since a young age, I held aspirations of becoming a doctor, yet my love for cricket proved too great to ignore. I had the privilege of receiving coaching from the late father of Nasser Hussain, who played a significant role in nurturing my talents and fostering my dreams of playing professional cricket. Representing my country, Sri Lanka, at the highest level became my ultimate ambition.
