Here we have outlined the foundation elements of our Thrive! Diverse Talent Programme.
It has a range of activities catering to different needs, priorities and learning styles and we deliver the programme using a hybrid approach.
We recommend a cohort size of max 16 participants, and all sessions are facilitated by two Hanover consultants. We also welcome any internal team members to join the sessions. Modules will require a small amount of pre or post-work to prepare participants and help embed learning over the longterm.
We always review the core programme with our clients and tailor any elements of it – modules and/or masterclasses, to meet client specific needs and priorities.
