Feedback from the CEO, his team and HR was unanimously positive. They noted there was particular value in having their preconceptions and opinions challenged and that this had led to higher quality talent management decisions.
The Hanover team was subsequently engaged to define competencies for the entire business (3 further business units) and undertake a range of leadership and team development activities that are still in progress, including helping them embed the leadership behaviours and 1:1 coaching.
We are also planning further assessment and development projects for Q1 2024 to strengthen leadership and management below senior levels.
