Sonia joined Hanover in 2022 as Business Administrator in the Los Angeles office. Since graduating from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Sonia has acquired a vast portfolio of experience expanding from social media marketing, business operations and office administration. With a high attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to grasp new concepts quickly, Sonia has found she excels most as an administrator. She understands the importance of the “behind the scenes” work that goes into the success of a business and enjoys taking initiative when the work arises.

What did you want to be when you were younger?
When I was younger, I wanted to be a tour manager so I could go to all the concerts I wanted. I went to my first concert when I was about 10 years old, and this turned into an obsession with live music.

What is something you lean on daily?
My coworkers – coming into the office every day and being surrounded by people I can laugh with and who are willing to help when needed makes all the difference.
