Peter serves as a Partner, focusing on C-level and executive appointments within the global insurance arena specialising in finance, technology, operations, risk, HR and regulatory appointments. Beginning his career as an onshore energy Lloyd’s broker, he has first-hand experience of the challenges and opportunities companies face amid technological and regulatory advances and has a profound understanding of the pedigree of leaders required to thrive in a rapidly evolving industry. He has built a successful network of contacts and completed numerous high-profile assignments for leading insurance brokers, carriers, and service providers in the UK, Europe, US and APAC region; developing deep technical and functional expertise and a strong reputation as a highly trusted consultant. He has been a long-term, strong advocate of diversity, equity and inclusion across the sector and has been heavily involved in several initiatives in recent years, championing best practices within the market and the executive search industry.
