Daniel has been with Hanover for 11 years, and is a Managing Parner in the New York City office. He specializes in senior searches within the Private Banking and Private Wealth Management arenas, and prides himself on building strong and long lasting relationships with his clients based on trust and results. Relocating to the USA from the London office in 2016, his focus has been on growing Hanover’s footprint and market share in the industry both locally and nationally. He has completed senior mandates for clients across banking, advisory, financial planning, trust &estates, portfolio management and distribution, and continues to partner with industry leading firms ranging from boutique, privately held businesses to global banks.
How do you build great relationships with your clients and candidates?
All business relationships are based on trust, and ours are no different – trust that Hanover truly understands the client need, and that we have the capability and willingness to deliver for them; regardless of challenges that may be present in the market.
This is the people business, and one of the things I enjoy most about my role is building long lasting relationships. Truly getting to know our clients – the culture within their firms, how they became successful, and what drives them every day to be better – is key. Once you understand that, delivering the talent they need becomes much easier (and more fulfilling).
