Caitlin is Hanover’s US Marketing Manager, bringing nearly a decade of experience in digital marketing and communication. Before Hanover, she worked at a boutique executive recruiting firm where she supported all sales and marketing functions of the business. Her combination of digital marketing and industry-specific experience makes her a valuable member of the Hanover marketing team, providing strategic direction, brand awareness, lead generation tactics and content creation. Caitlin graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in journalism.
What do you enjoy about your role and Hanover?
I love working in marketing because it allows me to be creative and challenges me to stay on top of the latest trends while improving our current processes. At Hanover, I’m able to collaborate with almost everyone at the company and it’s rewarding to see tangible results from our joint efforts.
What did you want to be when you were younger?
Growing up, I thought I was going to be a journalist for a newspaper or magazine and even graduated from college with a degree in journalism. While I did not pursue journalism as a career path, I was able to put my writing skills to use in my first marketing job and soon realized that’s what I wanted to do for my profession.
